Honestly, it’s hard to remember to relax and unwind sometimes, in order to de-stress your skin and get prepared for the manic week ahead, sometimes it’s nice to put on a great face mask and put your feet up. If you don’t have time to dash to the stores and you have no face masks in your beauty cupboard, we’ve got you!
Antioxidant Boosting Blueberry Face Mask
To boost circulation and get more vitamin A and C in your skin, this blueberry face mask is easy to make (and you can eat it with granola afterwards!)
Ingredients:

1/2 tub natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons honey (packed with antibacterial properties!)
Hydrating Avocado Mask
Avocado is great for anti-ageing, moisturizing and boosting your complexion. Use your leftover avocado after spreading it on your breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 tub yoghurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice (packed with healing properties)
Method:
All you have to do is add your ingredients to a blender and blend! Apply generously on your skin and leave on for 20-25 minutes before gently rinsing off with warm water. Follow up with your favourite moisturizer!

Thanks Lisa x :)
Of course! It will keep for probably a couple of days, maybe up to a week, it’s so smooth to apply and I guess you can spread it on toast too! x
