What Happens When You Dubbel Your Water Intake?

How much water do you drink in a day? 8 glasses? 70 ounces? Chances are you aren’t drinking enough water, so let’s try an experiment. This week, double your intake of water. Where ever you’re at, decide to drink double that for 7 days. Why? Keep on reading.

#1 Appearance

Everybody knows that our bodies are made up of 70% water. When you are dehydrated, your skin looks dry, shriveled, and dark. Water will make your skin glow, give you supple lips and bright eyes. Additionally, your hair and nails will grow healthier.

#2 Energy Level

If you wait until you’re thirsty to drink water, your body has already begun its descent to dehydration. Your body needs water to function properly. Water provides energy to our body’s cells, so when you double your water intake, your energy level will increase.

#3 Active Brain

Your brain is composed of 75% water. Three-fourths of the organ that makes you the dynamic, powerful, and successful woman that you are is water. When you drink water, your blood flow  improves and your brain is able to get information to the different parts of your body quicker. You will feel more alert, be able to solve problems with a clearer mind and your creativity will spike.

So, whatever you’re drinking now, 8 glasses, 70 ounces, DOUBLE IT.

Try it with me. Over the next 7 days, I’m going to drink 120 ounces of water every day. I’ll report on what changes for me, let’s see what changes for you.
