The first page of a new planner or diary is a magical space. It holds so much promise. You could document your entire year page by page, get your life together and do so much more. But usually, it’s that promise that stops you getting off to a good start. You can spend ages worrying about what to write in a diary to start it off. The first page is the most daunting. Keeping a diary and writing in it every day can really help you develop as a person. Not only does it allow you space to reflect, it also helps you process emotions and stress. Plus, looking back over a written record of your year can be so life-changing. Here are a few tips for starting your diary before 2018.
